I avoided learning about the health of my home environment for longer than I needed to because I found everything quite "brain heavy", overwhelming and somewhat impractical. I also didn't have an immediate problem I was aware of so it didn't feel like a *necessity* at the time. All that changed when I met Amie. She has definitely mastered the art of communicating the problem and solution in a way that makes sense and is practical in the real world. Her personal lived experience shines through and her passion for this work is contagious and inspiring. So my one piece of advice is to not wait until you're eyeballs deep in a mess before getting educated. Implement preventative strategies in this area ASAP because prevention will ALWAYS win out - energetically, financially and from a health perspective too of course. Hands down one of the best investments I've made.
